Works reliably and captures paper dots if you put tape on the holes on the back of it. Every binder needs one of these. Buy extras in bulk to give out to binderers.
NOTSPEC FAIL: Swingline 3 Ring Binder Punch
Jams up, doesn't punch all holes cleanly, makes a mess, made of fail. Destroy on sight and replace with Boston binder punches.
