Ideas and campaigns should be something akin to specialized organic groups in that people can join them and post relavent content.
Ditto with organizations, boards of directors, etc. projects.
Ideas are not meant to by any one person's exclusive domain and so governance will require checks and balances there akin to wikipedia.
