Agnosticism
"Agnosticism (from the Greek α-γνωστικισμός, meaning "without", and gnosticism or gnosis, meaning "knowledge") is the philosophical view that the truth value of certain claims — particularly metaphysical claims regarding theology, afterlife or the existence of God, gods, deities, or even ultimate reality — is unknown or, depending on the form of agnosticism, inherently unknowable due to the nature of subjective experience perceived by that individual."

As far as I'm concerned it's like the whole "invisible dragon in the garage" argument. For all intents and purposes there is no meaningful evidence for a God or gods. After two thousand years with no positive proof it might as well not even enter into the decision making process. Although I do believe it's essentially unknowable I definitely lean heavily towards the side that considers relgion to be extremely harmful to rational thinking.

Assuming there ever is, was or even ever could be proof of God I would still be forced to oppose him.
"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?"
