Make an icon for an empowerment page

Many Empowerment pages still need unique 16x16 icons to represent them. Create or find an appropriate 16x16 icon as a transparent PNG or GIF and upload it as an attachment. In the future there will be a simple way to change icons but for now we'll take the icon and put it online for you. You'll need a graphics program. Adobe Fireworks is highly recommended.
