In most electorial politics there are districts isolated from each other.  When people vote for their local representitives they are considered that representitives' constituancy.  States, cities, and regions are all broken up into innumerable well defined districts.  Sometimes these districts are modified for reasons that can generally be considered 'nefarious at best'.

 

In many cases people are completely unaware that they are in a different district that other people in the same area.  

By living as if you lived in the world you wanna live in you help bring your idea of a better world closer to reality.  If you wanna live in a world of unfettered creativity then live with unfettered creativity by living so.  Actions speak louder than words.  You can TELL people how you want the world to be but you can LIVE and show people how you wanna live in the world.
