"Help" Link?
As a perfectionist, I have a hard time determining what action to use when I want to post a message to a specific group of people - for example: the Mid-Missouri Peaceworks organization needs a Web-Master. I wanted to post a link to this here on empowerthyself.com. However, I can't seem to figure out where to post it. What's the difference between a message and a communication? How do I tell the difference between any of these actions?
I believe that a help link would be essential to this site and it's users therein. I could use a general breakdown of all the actions, what they are used for, and examples on how I could use it. Things like that - I could really use a pacifier to my squelching perfectionism.

I like what you're doing: This will definetly help. I'd say put it in nice organized tables. You could simplify the descriptions a little bit to make them a little bit more understandable. The wordage is great, and I love your witty use of vocabulary, but it may be to your advantage to put them in more laymans terms. I had some confusion as to if some of the postings were related specifically to the empowerment, like the "write a page" - is that specifically for the empowerment text? Things like that.
Overall, though, I think this is looking good.
