My top three rules to live by:

1. THE RULE: My next choice influences every choice I will ever make, so in a choice between doing the strong thing for great justice epic win or doing the weak thing made of fail, I must always choose strength.

2. TRUTH AND GOOD ABOVE ALL: I will always seek the truth and do the greatest good that I can.

instructions for living right now

one: go vegan. it's the only way to live.

two: if you've got it, share it. if you don't have it, find someone who does so that they can share it with you. sharing=caring.

three: respect: boundaries, feelings, lives, wishes, yourself.

four: have fun often.

five: understand your impulses. express yourself. repression is bad for the brain.

six: don't be afraid to ask for help.

seven: offer to help when/wherever you can.

eight: learn all the time.

nine: teach what you have learned to people who haven't learned it yet.

ten: scientific fact: expression affects mood. apply appropriately.

eleven: DIY, because then no one has to do it for you.

twelve: less is more. more is less. addendum: this does not apply to interaction.

thirteen: gender boundaries and modesty hinder humanity. behave accordingly.

everyone makes decisions based on something, whether it be feelings, a code of ethics, or instinct. some people have a code or set of rules they strive to live by. if you have such a thing, share it so that other people can be inspired. many people make decisions without thinking about them, and it may inspire them to start.
