Pugsly's 2 Years In Indy Anniversary

Two years ago Mr. Pugsly set foot in Indy with nothing but a backpack and few collectives and purges later he stands tall and casts a long shadow that means business to those who know him and doom to those who fear him.

If you are the former, attend his anniversarial party tonight to drink to his deeds and tell embarassing stories.
