Icons module temporarily curtailed

I have temporarily reduced the list of active icons to just the main menu. Though it pains me greatly to not see those beautiful 16x16 bundles of joy, it is only temporary. The next implementation of my Icons module will inject icons server-side to reduce javascript loading time.

It was timing out in the worst sort of way. My pages loads are just slow again, no annoying popup errors or waits long enough to go get a drink.

The slowness will be fixed when we get Markus the Durpal Expert from ourmedia.org over here to use devel to debug our queries and optimizations.
