r4nger5 radio

Well we finally got on rant and all the little niggles appear to be sorted - the show is on the air, on a two hour time slot at both 22:00 on Fridays, and 16:00 on Tuesdays.

The wierd thing is, I seem to have achieved my main goal. A year ago when we started doing R4nger5 radio, My co-host, Graafen, and I were fantasizing about being on Rant, as being our ultimate goal. Now we are, it seems a little unreal.

However, managing all the enquiries, sourcing new music and new artists seems to be a pretty much full-time job - Lucky I don't have much of a social life - LOL

 We've had some really great feedback, and are now prepping episode 25.

I think we're beginning to get the hang of it now.......

Hi there! It's been a while since I posted, but I'm still on board.

I've been working pretty hard on the radio show recently, and it appears to have paid off. I got a few e-mails from Cimmerian, over at Rant Media, and it looks like R4nger5 Radio is getting a slot, on RRtalk on Friday nights.

This is very cool.

I have been a fan of theirs for a few years, now, and it is great to get recognition from people you admire.

This is one of those high points, like when we got the nod to proceed with our 'tales from the afternow' project from Sean Kennedy, and when I got feedback from AP about the show.

All the hard work is starting to pay off.

So i haven't been watching TV or playing games. The show, and listener feedback have been what I've been doing with my spare time.

That and, interestingly, my company have been training me to be a technical trainer - lits of interesting teacher training and psychology skills to pass on to you guys, when I get a moment.
