Brewing
This outline is in no way instructions, just an introduction to the principles of brewing.
Brewing your own alcohol is quite simple. There are two main methods: natural brew and with added yeast. Brewing with natural yeast involves leaving the top off to whatever you wish to ferment, allowing the yeast to be attracted to the sugars and break down the alcohol on their own. Also called wild fermentation, this method requires fewer materials. The second type of brewing involves dry active yeast. The yeast is added to the fruit and juice, capped, and left to brew.
Some suggested brewings include:
-Add ginger, lemon, and honey for Ginger lemon mead
-Apple wine (green apples are apparently nice)
-Pomegranite wine
-Grape juice is very easy; buy it unfiltered in a large glass bottle
