Need to start copying and passing out fliers for the really really free market on July 17th.

Need to make sure all bands are coming and have times. Need to make sure there are no conflicting events and make sure there will be infoshop people there during the day to help out with it.

 

Then need to make an event flier headlining the bands and asking people from SB to come and participate.

 

Then put up all over town for the 2 weeks before event, most of focus on week before event.

I have letters to the vendors asking them to donate produce to food not bombs on wednesdays and saturdays (one farmer's market in downtown and one is in the middle of town by my house). I need to go to the farmer's market, hand them out, and sell farmers on the concept of FNB.

 

Update: went on 6.28 and now have a good relation with 2 vendors who wil give us food on wed and sat downtown farmer's market at 1pm.

Find people who are willing and excited to work with food not bombs over the spring and summer, get them up to date on how to do a good food not bombs, then step back and let other people get more involved! Ensure long-term survival of FNB.

 

Update: FNB has been going really well lately. A few new people helping out consistantly, and now a donation letter so vendors at the farmer's market will give us free produce, saving driving to the farm and back twice a week, plus a good outreach opportunity in delivering the letters!
