Wetwiring is something I look forward to. I would love to be able to hack the physical limits of my flesh body. To connect to a Snow Crash-esq Metaverse with my mind, interface with computers with thought, and even improve memory/psycsical abilities.

That's a ways off but for now a good place to start is the Hacker Diet http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/www/hackdiet.html

and anything relating to nanotech

A blend of technolust and wog-esq ideals. Cyberpunk is a word that I feel has died for the largest part. but really anyone with a technolush and a rebellious attitude is in a way cyberpunk

I used Distributed computing to an extent at work now, and have used it to crack password hashes. As tech gets smaller and smaller I can see a vast network of nanites all sharing computing power. Each one calculating a problem then relaying the results to the others. cutting the operation time down.

If you can do it yourself by all means DO IT. It astounds me how many people just buy something they could easially make. Or even modding something you've already got into something you can get more use from. If you cant open it you dont own it.

Lockpicking is something I enjoy, I picked it up as a puzzlebox of sorts. Solve the puxxle but oh you cant see the pieces or even touch them. How do you solve it? Now as an Urban Explorer it's a life skill. So I keep my tools in my belt line kit and keep them with me

A while back I wanted to put it on my site as something the two readers could use. Well the only package I could find was open pastebin which was horrible really. It lacked features I thought should be standard. So with my little PHP skill I added them. Well I emailed the guy when I did and he didnt say anything for nearly a year. He emailed me last night and said "want to be a developer for the project?" So now I need to fix all the broken code that I created.

I make some damn fine beef jerky if I do say so. Bigbrother flavor. I toss in some BBQ sauce, some marinade (pick some you enjoy), a touch of worcester sauce, and salt and pepper in a bag with sliced brisket and let it soak for a day in the refrigerator then dehydrate.

Tasty if I do say so.

Basically my mom is heavy into the arts and crafts. She started weaving when I was young and since my desktop were in the same room as the looms I kinda spent a lot of time seeing and learning how she did it. My first weaving was horrible. The edge was loose and the threads were shifting around. From there I've done better. I can make small cords with inkel looms.

I've got some experiance with this while recording the demo album for "Cries From a Distant Galaxy" "The MKUltra Experiments"

http://digitalundernet.com/music/CriesFromADistantGalaxy.zip

Recordings and transmissions from space wrapped around mind altering MKUltra frequencies and drone guitars. Cries from A Distant Galaxy gives you the feeling of floating in a distant nebula, surrounded by some unseen entity.

Interesting facts about this.
I did read a lot about MKUltra and their experiments with audio, what frequencies affect the mind the most. Hence why you need to listen to these on headphones.

Encrypted Transmission is a song that 90% of the audio is made with a childs guitar that I circuit bent.

Enjoy, this demo is Creative Commons, tell me what you think about this.

It's a bit harder than I thought to actually sit down and create a song from start to finish. If I'm going to continue "Cries From a Distant Galaxy" I need to learn how to do this.

This could compliment the "Song writing" skill. Most of my album "The MKUltra Experiments" was played by ear.

I was given a Yamaha prs-300 for my audio experiments. It's a midi keyboard which is great but I dont know much musical theory or actually how to play a keyboard. But it's an great incentive to learn!

Here are a few real reviews.

"While closing my eyes, paying attention to my thoughts, and listening to Encrypted Transmission...I had images of Jesus looking like some kind of "spaghetti western" portrayal...playing a child's toy guitar, like Kurt Cobain in a room that was light blue. The paint was peeling off the walls...the room seemed like it belonged in an abandoned house. The room was eerily light by sunlight coming through veil like material..."

"It made my head hurt"

"I like what you're doing with my ears, don't stop. I like it"

"Any chance we can play this on our broadcasts that are being played at the H.O.P.E. (hackers on planet earth) convention in New York? Kevin Mitnick's going to be there - he may well get to hear your stuff!"

Have a listen and keep an open mind.
